Our approach to real estate investment is guided by some core investment principles, including investments only in desirable assets and location, investments based on today’s market value (not tomorrow’s), and a flexible strategy allowing for acquisitions of different property types based on market conditions.
We try to identify well-located, quality properties that possess an opportunity to add value either through an implementation of more efficient management or through capital improvements and upgrades. Generally, these properties have come in the form of apartment buildings and retail centers located in the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. However, extensive time is spent investigating and researching financial and real estate markets, whose cyclical nature often lead us to discover other property types and/or geographic areas with similar opportunities.
